Reasonably priced food with attentive staff. Stopped here for a Sunday roast which was passable. Nice staff, kids changing facilities and by the river. Good for a quick pint and spacious enough for large groups.
A large group of us went for an evening meal. The service was fast and attentive and the food tasty and we'll presented. Good relaxed atmosphere and a great place to visit in the summer for sitting next to the river.
Nice food and resturant. Only thing is I've been a couple of times recently when there seems to be lack of staff meaning poor service and also another down point is they hardly pick up the phone.
Booked a cheeky Christmas Eve meal with my partner and family. Had to pay a 25 deposit for the table, which was fine, but found that the whole place was cold inside, not very conducive to spending a pleasant evening having a meal. The food was OK, possibly could have been a bit hotter. Was a little surprised that one of the waiting staff found it acceptable to swear in front of us, felt that they were a little rude. The toilets were clean, but absolutely ice cold, no heating in there at all.
Very nice atmosphere, especially with the fairy lights up for Christmas. The food could however be better. While the menu was interesting, the quality was lacking.
