Fine once you are here and if you arrive by car., but there is no footpath or cyclepath in from the A10. Otherwise you are marooned in between a dirty industrial estate populated by manic white van drivers and a derelict airfield. Nice cafe and bistro on site. There has to be really.
I work as a Business Finance Broker helping SME clients obtain finance for their growing businesses. I got to know Rick the owner of Cambridge Innovation Park through a business platform and he very kindly invited me down to visit his development and give me a personal tour. I was totally amazed as to what he had achieved. Cambridge Innovation Park was a wonderful place, a lovely development with many SME businesses operating within. The park had a great vibe to it with perfect facilities for established as well as start up enterprises. From recollection, there was a coffee shop, a very well equipped gym and a wine bar/ bistro. If you're looking for office space then I would highly recommend you pay a visit to Cambridge Innovation Park and see for yourself! Unfortunately I live in Kent but if I was closer to Cambridge then this is where I would want to set up my base, it's somewhere where you want to go, not have to go!
Great place to work. Light and bright work spaces. The new gym, spa and bistro / wine bar means that I wont want to go home.
What a fantastic place! I was so impressed with the set up and facilities. This is a must for anybody looking for a supportive environment to start or grow their business.
I recently produced a film for the launch of the new, superbly located Cambridge Innovation Park. The tenants I filmed really appreciate the efforts being made to provide a wonderful work/life-style balance in this beautiful and rapidly expanding facility (e.g. the new restaurant, bar, gym and nursery that will come with the opening of Blenheim House). Over the years I've filmed many large office developments, all over the UK, but this is certainly one of the most interesting I've seen.
